Invited by Africa Agency, we developed an aesthetic and narrative cartography to guide Itaú’s new language expression, aligned with its positioning “Feito de Futuro” (“Made of Future”). Before proposing new language codes, we conducted an in-depth diagnostic to understand the brand’s starting point — what had already been consistently built and which opportunities existed to evolve towards a more imaginative, sensitive, and present-day communication.
